Shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. ByBougie reserves the right to select the courier service unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. ByBougie shall not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect address information.

Once an order has been shipped, changes to delivery details or cancellation requests will not be accepted.
